Chelsea Boltja, PA-C, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University. She continued her education at East Carolina University where she earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2016. Shortly thereafter, she moved to Charlotte, NC, where she began practicing as a certified Physician Assistant in Reproductive Endocrinology. She learned to perform monitoring transvaginal ultrasounds, hysterosalpingograms (HSG), saline sonograms, endometrial biopsies and intrauterine inseminations (IUI). She managed ovulation induction & IUI cycles, obstetric patients, and co-managed IVF patients. Most importantly, she fell in love with the fertility world and the unique patient population.   

Chelsea is originally from New York and decided to make the move back to NYC. She began working at CCRM Fertility in 2021. She was interested in learning more about third-party reproduction and eventually took on the role of third-party team lead. She currently performs monitoring ultrasounds and procedures. She manages Gestational Carrier patient cycles and provides care to egg donors as well. 

She feels very fortunate to be able to play a role in helping patients achieve their dreams of completing their family. She is passionate about patient inclusivity, advocacy, & education.  

In her free time, Chelsea enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
