What Patients Are Saying About CCRM Louisville Office
“Dr. Gustafson was such a great doctor for the past year of our IVF journey. He thoroughly went over our background, discussed our options, and was very honest and open throughout the entire process. We suffered 5 miscarriages and an ectopic rupture which removed all of my Fallopian tubes, leaving IVF as our only option. CCRM goes above and beyond on their pre-IVF testing to ensure there are no underlying issues and if there are, they treat those first. We are happy to report that we are currently 9 weeks pregnant with a baby girl after only one embryo transfer. We credit this to Dr. G! Thank you!” – Sheena
“Dr. Gustafson and all of the staff at CCRM have been outstanding. My husband and i went through 3 rounds of IUI, and got pregnant on our last. They were always very kind, and accommodating, and made us feel like family. If you are going through fertility treatments, this is the place to go.” – Tiffany
“I have been seeing Dr. Gustafson since Sept 2019. At our first appointment I felt like he took time to really listen to my history and my concerns as well as thoroughly answer all of my questions. He even wrote several things down for me so that I was able to refer back to them at later times. He was very conscientious in his work up and addressed each issue as it came up and adjusted protocols as necessary. As of today (4/2020) I am pregnant with twins. In addition to being a great doctor, Dr. Gustafson has an amazing office staff. They are empathetic and extremely helpful – always able to answer questions and walk you through each step in the process.” – Jen
“I could not be happier with my experience. The whole clinic is well organized, thorough, and extremely patient-friendly. Dr. Gustofson was kind and supportive throughout a difficult process. He listened to my concerns and helped me find the right approach to getting pregnant. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to this practice.” – Holly
“This entire office and experience was amazing. I have not a single complaint from the front desk to Dr. Gustafson. It can be frustrating and scary experiencing infertility, I am so glad we picked this office to navigate through. In one year Dr. Gustafson was able to lay out a plan that included surgery to getting pregnant. It was almost bitter sweet getting pregnant, we finally reached our goal of having our little nugget, but it was hard to say goodbye. I can not thank everyone enough. Crystal was always so pleasant and helpful at the desk, every Kristine (especially Kristine G) I had the pleasure of dealing with was an Angel, and Dr. Gustafson could not have been a better doctor. I understand we got lucky having such great outcomes with in a year, but I truly feel we had the good outcome because of their aggressive care plan for me. Thank you all!!” – Kimberly
