In the event that your treatment does not lead to a live birth, we offer a refund program where you can receive back between 80% to 100% of the program fees. The refund is carefully tailored to align with specific aspects of your treatment, ensuring a supportive approach. This includes up to three egg retrievals, comprehensive chromosomal screening (CCS/PGT-A), and unlimited frozen embryo transfers. You’ll know the costs upfront, with no hidden fees.

The Assure – IVF Refund Program includes

Three IVF freeze all cycles
CCS/PGT-A is covered up to 3 instances (per retrieval) with a testing limit of up to 14 embryos per instance
ICSI and assisted hatching
Unlimited frozen embryo transfers
Cryopreservation
Storage (while in the program)

IVF Refund Program eligibility criteria

39 and under at the start of first Egg Retrieval
AMH 1.5 or greater (test results accepted within the past 6 months)
Day 3 FSH under 10 (test results accepted within the past 6 months)
Day 3 Estradiol under 75 (test results accepted within the past 6 months)
Normal baseline ultrasound with an antral follicle count of 10 or more
Normal hysteroscopy
BMI under 35
No more than 2 miscarriages, termination, bio chemical, blighted ovum or ectopic pregnancies
No more than one failed IVF/FET cycle
Normal sperm parameters (count >20 million)
Must be a nonsmoker (no tobacco or reactional drug use for both patients x3 months prior to treatment)
