nAble Health makes it easier for you to take control of your fertility journey with 24/7 access to personalized treatment information on your phone or tablet. You can also access nAble on your desktop via your preferred web browser.
You will use the nAble to:
- Send secure messages to members of your care team or any other support member of the team including IVF, Medical Records, RX Refills, Scheduling, Front Desk, Financial Counseling, Clinical (Non-IVF), Billing, Collections, Surgery Scheduling
- Request appointments
- View upcoming appointments
- Add medical history
- Complete required consent forms
- Review documents that have been released to you
- View quoted costs
- Add insurance information
- Upload patient picture for your chart
How to use the nAble app:
- Download on mobile: The nAble app is available for download in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
- On the web: Visit the nAble login page on your preferred web browser.
- Select “Create an Account,” then sign-up using the same details you’ve registered at the clinic.
- You’re ready to go!
Medical Records
To share your prior medical records with your care team, you are encouraged to do so via one of the below methods:

- Drop off hard copies in-person at our front desk
Pay My Bill
Please call us at (757) 496-5370 to make a payment over the phone via credit card, or you may make payments in person at your next visit.
