This workshop is led by professional psychotherapists on the CCRM on the CCRM staff and will provide you with instruction on how to effectively decrease your stress while undergoing fertility testing and treatments. Other benefits of the group include getting to know other CCRM patients to share insights, support, and coping strategies. Reading materials, hand-outs and light refreshments will be provided.
