What Patients Are Saying About Dr. Jun
“I started seeing Dr. Jun in mid-2018 after deciding to move from my old fertility clinic. Not only did Dr. Jun really show me she cared about my outcomes, but she also made sure that my treatment could move forward quickly. The whole process is confusing and overwhelming, and I was able to get my questions answered and felt cared for by my nurses. The retrieval experience was much better than at my previous clinic. Dr. Jun also made sure to call me personally with results so I could ask her any questions I had.I did 3 retrievals and one FET so far, which was successful (my baby is currently taking a nap). I plan to return for another FET next year.”
“Dr. Jun was my third REI and the only one to uncover that I had endometriosis, which ended up being why I was unable to get pregnant for 4 years. She is extremely thorough, precise, and discusses all options with their patients; no matter how long it takes. For the first time in my IVF journey, I felt empowered in the IVF process. I am forever grateful to have come across her and cannot recommend her enough.”
“Dr. Jun is the best and her staff is awesome. Dr. Jun is very caring and gives you that personal touch when going through something as big as IVF. I love how much she cares and her staff makes you feel like family. I struggled for 1.5 years and thanks to Dr. Jun I’m almost 8 months along. I highly recommend her and believe she is the best of the best. Her partner Dr. Tazuke is great too.”
“CCRM SF took me in after my previous fertility clinic stopped working with me because we weren’t having success. Dr. Sunny Jun came up with a thoughtful plan for testing and treatment that ultimately provided me with both a possible diagnosis as well as a successful transfer. Dr. Jun was realistic about our chances because of my history but her creativity and willingness to think outside the box continually impressed me. Everyone there was delightful to work with, including the front desk staff, nursing, surgery, Charles in phlebotomy and my amazing coordinator Angie. CCRM SF is the place to go if you have a challenging case and aren’t ready to give up just yet.”
“This is a long overdue review for our care team at CCRM. We were under the care of Dr. Jun and exceptional nurse team of Angie & Ellie. Our journey to building a family has been long and challenging and CCRM has made our dream a reality. Dr. Jun is one of the best doctors you can have by your side on this tough journey. She’s is everything you would want in a doctor – intelligent, empathetic, and someone you trust. She’s a problem solver leaving no stone unturned while helping navigate the many twists and turns of IVF. Our nurse coordinator, Angie is an angel. She has been there to help & guide us from Day 1- from helping us understand test results to stepping in to resolving medication delivery issues, and available to answer questions day or night while acting as our emotional anchor. The nursing and lab staff are just as incredible and were always there to hold our hands and answer our many questions. We did 4 egg retrievals & 2 embryo transfers at CCRM. Recently during COVID, we felt that they have been taking the safety and health of patients very seriously and taking all the extra precautions. When we “graduated” from the clinic we felt mixed emotions – clearly happy with the big milestone, but sad to be not seeing our CCRM family who we became so attached to. We recommend CCRM- exceptional care + labs with a highly personalized service.”
“Dr Jun was fantastic, she made sure that my husband and I always understood and felt apart of the process. She always listened to my concerns and would make sure that we chose the right path/ process for us. The nurses and front office staff were extremely nice and I will never forget how compassionate they were during my procedures. Some nurses would always greet me with a hug, and if you know anything about the IVF journey, that compassion can go a long way. Dr. Jun suggested tests that identified issues that were not previously identified, which is a testament to her expertise in fertility. She was supportive throughout the process and we are so lucky to have her and the State of the Art Lab. I did all tests there which was quite nice (no need to go to different places). They accommodated morning appointments, which was important for my work schedule. I also can’t say enough good things about the in-house surgery center for my egg retrievals, they treated me always like I was the only patient and never rushed me, they were extremely patient and accommodating throughout the process! CCRM has given me a gift that I am so thankful for and I owe that to the entire staff, for working holidays & weekends, and being so hard working!”
