Ben Croce

Ben joined Unified Women’s Healthcare in 2018 as Chief Development Officer following more than 20 years of corporate development experience with various multi-location healthcare services providers. During his tenure, Unified grew from providing services to 1,000 providers to more than 2,500 providers. Since Unified’s affiliation with CCRM Fertility, Ben has shifted focus to helping to grow our fertility business through acquisitions, strategic affiliations, de novo development and physician recruiting.

As Chief Development Officer at CCRM Fertility, he is responsible for the execution of our growth strategies in new and existing markets. He believes strongly in the value of collaboration with our providers and other team members to achieve results. Ben earned his BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He also holds an MS in Accounting from DePaul University. Ben lives in the mountains of Colorado with his wife and two Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs.
