Donor sperm

There are various treatment options with donor sperm and CCRM Fertility’s expert staff can help you find the donor that is right for you.

Why donor sperm might be right for you

Using donor sperm is a commonly used and successful option on the path to parenthood. Donor sperm can be used for intrauterine insemination (IUI) or for in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures.

  • If a male partner’s sperm reveals the absence of viable sperm (also known as azoospermia) or poor motility and low sperm count (oligospermia).
  • If a male partner’s sperm has a genetic condition that could be inherited from the male.
  • Single women and same-sex female couples who want to grow their family.

There are many different cryogenic sperm banks available from which you can select your donor sperm. At CCRM, we can accept donor sperm from any bank that adheres to FDA guidelines.
