How to Access eIVF
eIVF mobile app
Access your portal from your smartphone for added convenience.
The eIVF mobile app is available on:
Log In Through Your Web Browser
- Visit the eIVF Patient Portal.
- Enter your username and password.
- If you are a new patient, select “Create an Account.”
- Follow the verification instructions sent to your email.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to manage appointments, communicate with your team, and track your treatment progress.
Pay my bill
Through the eIVF portal, you can review and pay statements securely online.
Klara
Klara is our texting platform that allows you to easily communicate with our team to book appointments, review documents, or ask any questions to your personal admin team. The platform is HIPAA compliant and accessible through your mobile or desktop devices.

Navigate to Documents and select Upload to attach your files. Your care team will be notified once your documents are received.
