Dr. Maureen Kelly is the Founding Physician and Medical Director of Society Hill Reproductive Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which joined the CCRM Fertility Network in 2024. She is board-certified in both reproductive endocrinology and infertility and obstetrics and gynecology.
After completing her Medical Degree from Hahnemann Medical University, Dr. Kelly completed her Residency and Fellowship at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, IL. Prior to opening Society Hill Reproductive Medicine in 2010, Dr. Kelly stood in various prestigious positions with her previous fertility care centers, including Medical Director of Pennsylvania Reproductive Associates and Director of the Donor Egg Program at Penn Fertility Care.
With 30 years of experience in both private practice and academic settings, Dr. Kelly specializes in infertility treatments such as IVF, ICSI, PGT, egg freezing, IUI, PCOS and more. She has presented numerous lectures on topics including oncofertility preservation, hormonal therapy, PCOS, and more. Dr. Kelly believes in a holistic approach to fertility treatments, emphasizing the integration of lifestyle choices, nutrition, and complementary approaches to enhance reproductive health and overall well-being.
Dr. Kelly is also honored to have been distinguished with numerous awards throughout her professional career, including 2014 Patients’ Choice Award, 2016 Be Well Philly Health Hero Finalist, Top Doctor in Suburban Life Magazine 2020-2021, Top Doctor in Pennsylvania Magazine in 2021, and Top Doctor (REI) in Philadelphia Magazine for both 2023 and 2024.
Throughout 27 years in private practice, 3 years in an academic setting at the University of Pennsylvania, and her entire career in teaching hospitals, Dr. Kelly has gathered invaluable lessons about what is most important when taking care of patients. She now translates these experiences into the way things are done for her patients at Society Hill Reproductive Medicine and has carefully selected a team that shares her values.
