CCRM Fertility of Seattle are sensitive to the cost of fertility treatment and the variability of insurance coverage. We are committed to making sure that treatment is possible for any couple or individual seeking our help with conception. We strive to be as upfront and clear with costs as we can.
Please be aware that during any course of treatment some third-parties might be used and they will be bill separately. Insurance coverage for third parties may vary.
All patients must schedule a financial consultation with our financial counselors prior to starting treatment. One of our goals is to make sure patients are fully informed about cost and therapy options. We also encourage you to take an active role in understanding your insurance benefits and coverage prior to beginning any fertility testing or treatment.
In addition to working with most of the major insurance networks, we have also designed some of the most competitive, and cost-effective financial programs for ART treatments (IUI, IVF) in the PNW.
Payment options
We accept cash, check, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards for all payments, including our Peace of Mind programs.
If you decide to purchase one of our programs a 3% fee will be charged for credit card or debit card transactions.
For those who have them, flex spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) can be another good option.
We also offer financing options. Please be aware that some financing companies charge up to a 5% admin fee to process your loan.
Discounts for active-duty and qualified veterans
CCRM Fertility of Seattle is please to announce that we are offering a 25% discount for in vitro fertilization (IVF) services.
To qualify all you have to do is show identification as proof of you or your spouse’s involvement with the U.S. armed services.

Insurance participation*
To help reduce confusion around insurance coverage we ask that your insurance information is submitted before your first appointment. This information is used to obtain as much information about your coverage and limitations as possible.
We deal ethically and honestly with every insurance provider and with every service claim we file. We will only submit for services rendered, as they are rendered, with the appropriate diagnosis.
Please note that CCRM Fertility of Seattle and Overlake Reproductive Health Laboratory are separate companies. As such, insurance coverage will differ between the clinic and the lab.

WINFertility
We have also partnered with WINFertility to give our patients more options. The WINFertility is available to our patients who have no infertility insurance coverage or who have already exhausted their benefits. The WINFertility Program includes advanced medical treatment, genetic testing services, and fertility medications in a single, discounted ‘bundled’ price for each cycle. Treatment Bundle Prices for IUI, IVF, and Third Party Reproduction are 10% – to 40% less than fee-for-service medical fees and retail pharmacy rates in the Seattle marketplace. Patient financing options
We want to make access to care as simple and stress-free as possible. We have teamed up with several financing firms to help you obtain financing for your care. CCRM Fertility of Seattle will also work with your desired financing company to assist in managing the cost of fertility services. Our patients have had great success with obtaining financing from credit unions. These financial services are designed to make health care affordable by breaking up the cost into monthly payments that will suit your budget.
