- Health Habits: Non-smoker and abstaining from recreational drugs
- Body Mass Index (BMI): Between 19 to 29.9
- Recent Body Modifications: No body piercings or tattoos within the past 12 months, ensuring your safety during the donation process.
- Health History: Awareness of your own health history and that of your family,
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English to facilitate clear communication throughout the process.
- Residency Status: U.S. residency and eligibility to work in the country
