Madeline (Maddie) Giancola, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at CCRM Fertility of Arizona with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago, graduating with honors, before advancing her education at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, where she received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus on women’s health and care across the lifespan. Maddie collaborates closely with all the physicians at CCRM Fertility of Arizona, enhancing the team’s ability to provide timely, comprehensive, and personalized healthcare. Since joining CCRM Fertility in 2024, Maddie’s responsibilities include performing transvaginal ultrasounds, intrauterine inseminations (IUI), endometrial biopsies, FDA/physical exams, saline sonograms (SHGs), cycle management for ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination cycles, and management of obstetrical patients throughout the first trimester. She works in collaboration with our physicians in coordinating and managing fertility preservation and IVF cycles.

Maddie enjoys cooking, playing tennis, and exploring new dining experiences in the Scottsdale and Phoenix Metropolitan areas.
