Dr. Fatunbi’s work centers on understanding why reproductive challenges happen, not just what to do next. She takes a thoughtful, patient-centered approach, listening closely and partnering with each patient to uncover potential immune, inflammatory, metabolic, or hormonal factors that may be impacting fertility or pregnancy outcomes. Many of her patients come to her after feeling dismissed or without answers within traditional medical models. Her goal is to provide a clear, personalized plan using both established evidence and emerging science to support each patient’s path to building a family.
Her clinical interests include inflammation and immune signaling, autoimmunity, metabolic health and insulin resistance, and the role of micronutrients in reproductive and pregnancy outcomes.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Fatunbi enjoys international travel, caring for her growing collection of plants, and cooking.
