Sign-up for our new, improved patient portal!

The Artisan app makes it easier for you to take control of your fertility journey with 24/7 access to personalized treatment information on your phone or tablet. You can also access Artisan on your desktop via your preferred web browser (best supported on Chrome).

You will use the Artisan App to:

• Communicate securely with your care team: ask questions, share new information, upload attachments, and more.
• Receive push notifications to remind you about upcoming appointments.
• View your personalized calendar displaying all your appointments, medication regimen and treatment schedule.

How to use the Artisan app

• Once you are registered for an appointment, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register.
• Download on mobile: The Artisan Ally app is available for download in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
• On the web: Visit the Artisan login page on your preferred web browser.
• You’re ready to go! Log into Artisan to find your New Patient Checklist.

If you have any issues accessing or did not receive your Artisan invite email, please reach out to your care team at 952-225-1630, and press 2 for existing patients.
