Steroid injections and NSAIDS
Do steroid injections or NSAIDS affect sperm count?
“Regular” prescription corticosteroids like triamcinolone (Kenalog) should have little to no effect on sperm. However, anabolic steroids like testosterone or Dianabol can cause major reductions in sperm count. Some studies also suggest that taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), including aspirin, at higher than recommended doses may affect sperm sperm motility (how well sperm move) and morphology (the percentage of normally shaped sperm).
