MDR Discount
MDR Specialty Pharmacy offers a 5% discount on Follistim, Ganirelix, and Pregnyl for patients who fail to qualify for a discount through ReUnite Assist or another savings program. A rejection letter from another qualifying savings program is required to apply.
ReUnite Oncofertility
ReUnite Oncofertility offers discounts of up to 100% on Follistim AQ, Ganirelix Acetate, and Pregnyl to cancer patients undergoing fertility preservation. Current proof of income and a completed form from your oncologist are required to apply.
Hearts for Heroes
Hearts for Heroes Heroes helps injured veterans and their spouses obtain select fertility medications at no cost. To qualify, you must be medically separated from active duty due to a service-related injury resulting in infertility. Military identification and current proof of income are required to apply.
