Reproductive urology
CCRM Fertility is now offering world-class reproductive urology care to provide integrated and comprehensive fertility care to men, those who were assigned male at birth, and their partners.
Reproductive urology benefits
Male infertility rates continue to rise and with fewer than 200 reproductive urology specialists across the U.S., accessing expert fertility care can be challenging.
Timely fertility care under one roof
CCRM Fertility is modernizing when and how you and your partner can access reproductive urology experts and resources, providing an integrated approach to couples’ care to improve your chances of a successful pregnancy.
Reproductive urology services
The services below are currently available at CCRM Fertility clinics in the following locations: Atlanta / ACRM, Boston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Delaware (RADfertility), Houston, Minneapolis, New Jersey / IRMS, New York, Newport Beach, Northern Virginia, and San Francisco.
Semen analysis
A comprehensive semen analysis can assess whether there is a problem present by evaluating your sperm quantity and quality.
Recurrent pregnancy loss consult
If you have experienced 2 or more miscarriages, or one or more failed in vitro fertilization (IVF) attempts, a thorough history and physical exam is conducted to identify contributing factors, treat or reverse those factors, and catch any underlying medical conditions presenting as infertility.
Fertility preservation consult
The sperm freezing consult helps you determine if you should bank your sperm prior to cancer treatment, vasectomy, gender transition, or if you’re simply getting ahead of sperm deterioration associated with aging.
Testicular sperm extraction (TESE)*
Surgical extraction of sperm from the testicle for IVF. It is performed in coordination with the partner’s or egg donor’s egg retrieval.
Percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration*
Surgical extraction of sperm from the epididymis for IVF.
Testicular microdissection (micro-TESE)*
Microscopic surgical extraction of sperm from the testicle for IVF.
Microscopic varicocele repair*
Surgical correction of varicose veins draining the testicles.
Health benefits for reproductive urology care
Our goal is to provide accessible, high-quality fertility care. Insurance coverage varies by state and plan. We’ve partnered with several companies that provide fertility benefits outside of what is offered by traditional insurance plans. Our fertility benefit partners include: Progyny, Maven, Future Family, Carrot, and Livestrong Fertility. You can also use your HSA/FSA account to pay for services.
*This procedure is performed at an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and select CCRM Fertility clinics
