Dr. Serena H. Chen is the Founding Partner and Director of Advocacy at CCRM | IRMS New Jersey. She also served as the Director for the Division of Reproductive Medicine at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center from 2003 to 2024. Dr. Chen strongly supports her patients’ right to be informed and involved in their care. She is proud, honored, and privileged to have played a role in obtaining better access to IVF and egg freezing for the people of New Jersey, and won the RESOLVE Hope Award for Advocacy in 2020 for this work. She has also won the prestigious Progyny Light the Night Award during National Infertility Awareness Week 2025, and ASRM’s Arnold P. Gold Award in 2024.
