The State Employee Benefits Committee (SEBC) voted on June 10, 2019, to expand fertility care and add fertility preservation benefits for State of Delaware Group Health Plan members effective August 1, 2019. This enhanced benefit will not be retroactive to July 1, the start of the plan year.

CCRM Fertility of Delaware is excited to announce that our very own state of Delaware has not only adopted the most comprehensive and exciting mandate in the country but now is working to ensure that state workers can start to utilize some of the items defined in the mandate by expanding their benefits as well. Way to be #1, Delaware!
