Anne Koffel is the Chief Administrative Officer of CCRM Fertility, where she oversees marketing, revenue cycle, contracting, and strategic growth initiatives. Before joining CCRM in November 2025, Anne was a Partner with McKinsey & Company’s Healthcare practice, where she led McKinsey’s work with women’s health providers and investors in the women’s health space. Anne is deeply passionate about improving the health of women and families. 

Anne holds an MBA in Healthcare Management with honors from Wharton and an AB in Social Studies and Health Policy cum laude from Harvard. She lives in Boston with her husband and two young children and enjoys skiing and sailing with her family in her free time.
