As a convenience to our patients, we offer telehealth appointments for new patient consultations, treatment planning for established and new patients, preconception counseling and mental health counseling for CCRM patients.

Starting your fertility journey at CCRM

Collect copies of your medical records

Prior to your new patient consultation, you will need to provide medical records for any previous fertility treatments, annual gynecological exams, and immunization records.

Virtual new patient consultation

Your doctor will review your medical history, discuss recommendations for a plan of care and will prescribe testing that you need to complete. Your doctor may suggest some pretreatments that may benefit your fertility and ways to get your body prepared for pregnancy.

Fertility testing and workup

CCRM is still providing fertility testing to healthy women and men who do not have COVID-19 symptoms, which includes ultrasounds, blood work and semen analysis.

Your doctor will review your test results and explain any diagnoses to you and your partner and will provide their recommended treatment options.

Learn how to administer your medications and what to expect when you start treatment from your CCRM nurse.

Meet with a CCRM Patient Financial Coordinator to discuss your potential out-of-pocket expenses specific to your treatment plan and guidance on treatment financing options.

You and your doctor will discuss your recommended treatment plan and recommended treatment start date.

By completing the first stages of your fertility journey now, we can fast-track you on your path to pregnancy as soon as possible. New patient appointments are subject to payment, co-pays and insurance submission.
