The breakdown of costs for common treatments at CCRM Fertility of Colorado are as follows:
Diagnostic testing prior to an IUI cycle is approximately $1,490. This includes a new patient consultation, ovarian reserve testing (blood work), uterine evaluation (ultrasound), and sperm testing. HSG, genetic carrier screening (blood), preconception labs, semen culture, and other case-specific tests are additional, if needed.
A natural IUI treatment cycle at CCRM Fertility of Colorado is between $2,000 to $3,095 for monitoring labs and ultrasounds, sperm wash, and insemination. Medications are payable directly to the pharmacies and cost up to approximately $300 to $4,000.

This includes a new patient consultation, ovarian reserve testing (blood work), uterine evaluation (ultrasound and hysteroscopy), sperm testing (including DNA fragmentation), and basic communicable disease testing for patient and partner, if applicable. An IVF cycle with a Fresh Embryo Transfer at CCRM Fertility of Colorado is $20,855. Medications cost between $5,800 to $10,800 and are payable directly to the pharmacies. Anesthesia is an additional $475 without insurance.
