Schedule your first appointmentWhen you meet with your provider for the first time, they’ll ask more questions about your health background, as well as your family-building goals.
Fill out the patient paperworkWe want to get to know you. Answer some questions about your medical history and your fertility concerns before your new patient consultation.
Meet your support teamYour provider is the one who will guide your treatment plan, but the rest of your clinical team is available to answer all questions pertaining to your care. You’ll be introduced to your clinical team and support staff at your preferred CCRM location.
