Dana and Rob had been trying to get pregnant for a few months and were using over-the-counter ovulation strips to track her ovulation. She found them to be unreliable, so they met with a CCRM specialist to help track her cycle and help them conceive.
Consult: Discuss medical history and family building goals
Testing: Genetic carrier screening, ovarian reserve testing, hysterosalpingogram (HSG) to confirm tubes are clear, semen analysis
Diagnosis: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), making it hard to identify Dana's fertile window
Treatment Plan: Letrozole to induce ovulation, IUI to increase chances of pregnancy
Outcome: Dana got pregnant on her second round of IUI

Testing: Genetic carrier screening, genetic counseling, ovarian reserve testing
Diagnosis: Blood work revealed Arielle had a lower-than-average AMH for her age
Treatment Plan: Multiple cycles of ovarian stimulation to get as many eggs as possible to freeze
Outcome: Arielle underwent two cycles of egg freezing which yielded 11 mature eggs, which are frozen and ready to be thawed and fertilized when she needs them

Getting started at CCRM

Schedule your first appointment

When you meet with your provider for the first time, they’ll ask more questions about your health background, as well as your family-building goals.

We want to get to know you. Answer some questions about your medical history and your fertility concerns before your new patient consultation.

Your provider is the one who will guide your treatment plan, but the rest of your clinical team is available to answer all questions pertaining to your care. You’ll be introduced to your clinical team and support staff at your preferred CCRM location.

We’ll connect you with a financial counselor to help you explore your financial pathways and navigate insurance and payment options.
