Coming to CCRM from Kindbody, Dr. Balmir believes that every patient is more than just their BMI and has successfully treated many patients with a BMI of 40 or greater. She is committed to empowering her patients with knowledge, ensuring they fully understand their treatment plans, medications, and options. She prioritizes shared decision-making, working closely with each patient to develop a personalized approach that aligns with their goals.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Balmir is an accomplished researcher and speaker and is committed to educating healthcare providers. She’s spoken at conferences such as the Midwifery Forward: Month of the Midwife Conference and the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium Review.
