Dr. Abbaa Sarhan is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist at CCRM Fertility of Northern Virginia. Prior to joining CCRM in 2025, Dr. Sarhan had been practicing locally since 2011 and worked as a Practice Director for four years. She is excited to now join the amazing team at CCRM Fertility. She has also taught medical students and residents at multiple academic institutions, at which she earned various teaching awards. Her areas of prior research included investigating the potential role of a novel uterine/endometrial protein in embryo communication and attachment, use of 3-D pelvic ultrasound in diagnosing uterine abnormalities, and reviewing clinical outcomes of ovulation stimulation cycles with a focus on limiting the multiple pregnancy rates.
