After 14 months of trying to conceive with no success, Hannah and Tyler wanted answers. At the recommendation of a friend, they came to CCRM to understand their options and see what might help them get pregnant.

Consult: Review medical history, goals, and treatment options

Testing: Genetic carrier screening, ovarian reserve testing, hysterosalpingogram (HSG), semen analysis

Diagnosis: Unexplained infertility

Treatment Plan: 3 rounds of IUI, IVF with PGT to bank embryos, frozen embryo transfer (FET)

Outcome: They welcomed a son and have two embryos banked for baby number two

Jade recently had a broken engagement and was worried about her biological clock. At the suggestion of her OB/GYN, she booked an appointment with CCRM to learn more about fertility preservation.

Consult: Discuss future family building goals

Testing: Genetic carrier screening, ovarian reserve testing

Diagnosis: Work-up revealed Jade had normal ovarian reserve

Treatment Plan: One cycle of ovarian stimulation to get as many eggs as possible to freeze

Outcome: 15 mature eggs cryopreserved for future use

Claudia and Tom were battling infertility for 2 years. After three miscarriages and unsuccessful cycles at another clinic, they came to CCRM for a second opinion.

Consult: Discuss medical history and family building goals

Testing: Genetic carrier screening, ovarian reserve testing, uterine cavity evaluation, semen analysis

Diagnosis: Uterine fibroids

Treatment Plan: Lupron injections to shrink the fibroids; myomectomy to remove them if medication is unsuccessful. Once fibroids are gone, proceed with IVF with Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) to bank embryos, frozen embryo transfer (FET)

Outcome: One healthy baby and two more frozen embryos for later use

Schedule your first appointment


When you meet with your provider at your first appointment, they’ll ask more questions about your health background, as well as your family-building goals.

We want to get to know you. Answer some questions about your medical history and your fertility concerns before your new patient consultation.

Your fertility provider is the one who will guide your treatment plan, but your nurse will be your first point of contact for all questions pertaining to your care. You’ll be introduced to your clinical team and support staff at your preferred CCRM location.

We’ll connect you with a financial counselor to help tailor your financing plans to your needs and guide you through your insurance and payment options.
