Getting started at CCRM
Schedule your first appointmentWhen you meet with your provider at your first appointment, they’ll ask more questions about your health background, as well as your family-building goals.
Fill out the patient paperworkWe want to get to know you. Answer some questions about your medical history and your fertility concerns before your new patient consultation.
Meet your support teamYour fertility provider is the one who will guide your treatment plan, but your nurse will be your first point of contact for all questions pertaining to your care. You’ll be introduced to your clinical team and support staff at your preferred CCRM location.
Check in with your financial advisorWe’ll connect you with a financial counselor to help tailor your financing plans to your needs and guide you through your insurance and payment options.
