Brinda Subbiah is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CCRM Fertility. She brings with her a wealth of experience and a proven track record in financial management within healthcare.  

Brinda is not only a strategic and financial expert but also a dynamic leader who brings integrity and passion to her work. Her ability to mentor and build high-functioning teams makes her an incredible asset we are proud to have on our team. 

Brinda’s financial expertise spans various critical areas including budgeting and forecasting, performance turnarounds, profit and growth initiatives and financial reporting. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a tremendous ability to execute cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive growth and expand profitability. Moreover, Brinda excels in building and mentoring high-performing teams, initiating financial controls, and implementing process improvements. 

Previously, Brinda served as the Chief Financial Officer at United Musculoskeletal Partners, where she led the financial operations and strategy for a rapidly growing network of orthopedic/spine clinics and surgery centers in the Texas market. Her leadership was instrumental in driving the financial success and growth of the organization. 

Prior to that, Brinda served as the Vice President of Operations Finance at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. During her tenure, she oversaw a portfolio of 450 surgical centers and hospitals with $5.5 billion in net revenue. Brinda played a key role in accelerating the company’s expansion through organic growth, margin expansion, and M&A activity.  

Brinda holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an MBA in Health Care Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.

Brinda lives in Dallas with her husband and daughter. Brinda’s daughter attends the University of Michigan – Go Blue! When not working, Brinda enjoys hiking, yoga, cooking, and spending time with her family.
