
CCRM
The Senior Accountant will support the Corporate Controller and Accounting Director in the day-to-day management of the Accounting and Finance Department. Essential functions include:
- General Ledger – posting of journal entries and preparing general ledger account reconciliations
- Oversee Fixed Assets – supervise data entry and account reconciliations of fixed assets in NetSuite
- Financial Reporting and Analysis – assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, support annual audit and tax filings, and conduct account analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Property and Sales Tax Reports – preparation of ongoing property and sales tax reports, and support compliance with other local, state and federal reporting requirements
- Accounts Payable – provide support for payables functions, including account research, reconciliations and collections
- Annual Budget – support the preparation of annual budget reports and ongoing variance analysis
- Support the Corporate Controller, CFO and other senior management as necessary in executing the CCRM network strategic plan, including additional duties and special projects as assigned
- Training – provide support to staff accountants
Preferred Experience, Background and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
- 3 – 4 years’ experience in public/private accounting (healthcare is a plus)
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software programs (NetSuite is a plus)

This is an exempt/salaried position.
Compensation: $65,000
