She is passionate about evidence-based reproductive care, including reproductive genetics and has participated in the writing of multiple ASRM committee opinions on topics including polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and preimplantation genetic testing.
Gena Jaffe is the founder and CEO of Connecting Rainbows. Connecting Rainbows mission is to help reduce the difficulty surrounding LGBTQ+ family building by connecting LGBTQ+ families to legal and fertility resources all over the United States and Canada. Gena and her wife, Jordana, conceived two children via reciprocal IVF, and as a lawyer, found that there is a tremendous need within the LGTBQ+ community for lawyers and fertility experts who understand and advocate for LGBTQ+ families.
