Join CCRM Fertility Minneapolis and Gypset Midwest Yoga for a free Fertility Reset Restorative Yoga Outdoors.
About this Event
Yoga is increasingly recommended for people trying to conceive, both because it helps relieve stress that can accompany fertility challenges and because the many therapeutic benefits may enhance fertility. Yoga is a great way to live more comfortably in your body when you are trying to get pregnant!
Dr. Amy Kohlmeier, fertility specialist from CCRM Minneapolis will begin the evening speaking on the importance of holistic health, fertility health, and the impact of health and exercise on fertility, and Melissa Joy Schoeller from Gypset Midwest Yoga will complete the evening sharing the benefits of yoga for fertility, and guiding you through a gentle restorative practice.
