1. 15-minute consultation with a provider.
2. Blood draw to measure anti-mullerian hormone (AMH).
3. Transvaginal ultrasound to measure the antral follicle count (AFC), indicating the number of developing eggs in your menstrual cycle.
4. Regroup appointment with a provider to interpret your results and discuss next steps leaving you feeling empowered!
