Fertility Assessment Package

Our Colorado Fertility Assessment Package includes:

1. 15 minute consultation with a CCRM Fertility Provider
2. Blood draw to measure the follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), and anti-mullerian hormone (AMH).
3. Transvaginal ultrasound to measure the antral follicle count (AFC), indicating the number of developing eggs in your menstrual cycle.
4. Regroup appointment with a CCRM Fertility Provider to interpret your results and discuss next steps leaving you feeling empowered!
